Fiesta Patronal 2014; A 2-day affair, Day 1 of our fiesta begins with killing a cow and preparing the meat for tomorrow’s BBQ. Large parts are hung until ready for cutting into smaller chunks. Day 2 is the actual BBQ and giant all-day party.
